How do you unwind after running umpteen miles in the cold?

For some, it would be a nice frosty beer and maybe a burger. But for Team Red Cross, it’s yoga.

Rebecca Pacheco, a first-time member of Team Red Cross and an established yogi, is leading her fellow teammates in customized classes that will enhance flexibility, fitness and mental focus.

Yoga for Runners caters to areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury, and classes will help the team recover from long runs and become mentally and physically strong for race day.
